It's pretty freaking accurate. I think the author just got fed up from the bullshitty characters in all the Eragon fanfics out there and just went ballistic one day.

bahahahahahaha
Eragon is full of Mary-Sues at it is*, so this made it even better...the way people turn mary-sues into even BIGGER ones amuses me.
Well, it used to be full of Mary-Sues, but the second and third books moved further away from the cliche's...thank God...

I actually liked the first freaking book. The second book was just too dense and not enough action-filled for me, but the lessening of Mary-Sues was nice.
I actually met Christopher Paolini at a signing right when Eldest had come out, and I hadn't read the book yet... He was pretty nice.

MURTAGH FOR TORTURED SOUL OF THE YEAR!
Crap man, I really need to read Brisingr. >> Once I finish that FMA novel (which should really only take a couple of hours...and I've had it for a week), I'll get on it.

I liked Brisingr. Not too bad. It's a great balance between action and...um...inaction?
I liked Eragon too, by the way...still totally cliche though. Eldest was a bit better in that department, but not much. And yeah, I liked Eragon more, in retrospect. Brom, man. God.
